Detailed Tour Itinerary

Day 01. Ho Chi Minh City 

Arrival at Tan Son Nhat airport, transfer to hotel then take an orientation tour of the town. Take the boat to Binh Quoi village to enjoy the Vietnamese traditional wedding show. O/N in HCM.

Day 02. Discover Mekong Delta - Vinh Long - Can Tho 

Depart for Mekong region (a region with an abundance of fish and agricultural products) further South-West of HCMC; take a rest stop at My Tho city after 2 hours driving then to Cai Be floating market for boat trip. The journey will stop at a family - run enterprise making pop rice and rice paper, visit the bonsai garden, fruit garden, and fruit nursery, where lunch will be served with local speciality “deep fried elephant ear fish”, then cruise to Vinh Long town for the drive to Can Tho city. O/N in Can Tho.

Day 03. Can Tho - Cai Rang floating market - Chau Doc 

Boat cruise to Cai Rang, the floating market where local people are selling their farm products from little sampans to the trading boats, also where you can experience their daily lives “the Mekong lifestyle” and interact with them, then visit the land market and take a boat to small canals to visit fruit gardens, back to hotel for check out. Drive to Chau Doc, stopover at Bang Lang Stock sanctuary for viewing thousand of stocks returning home at sunset. O/N in Chau Doc.

Day 04. Chau Doc - Ho Chi Minh City 

Cruise on Mekong River to learn about the feeding of cat fish in their natural river habitat at floating houses. Visit Chau Giang Hamlet, home of coloured brocade woven by Cham.O/N in HCMC end of the trip.
